Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely. All orders placed and dispatched have a tracking code that is sent to you in your shipment email and can be tracked by our chosen courier company. You can track your items using your tracking number and sign up to get text updates so you know the moment it is on board for delivery and arriving at your destination.

Where do you ship from?

All our orders are now dispatched from Redland Bay in Brisbane (QLD) as of 1st July 2022 where we operate our headquarters and office in. We also have a virtual office in Sydney but we do not stock our products here for shipping.

What are your shipping timeframes?

We currently pick and pack from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched between 1-2 business days ( excluding weekends)  from our Headquarters in Brisbane. We usually ship with Australia Post or DHL, as these are the most trusted service providers in our area.

We always endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible.

I placed an order but did not get a confirmation?

Confirmation and Shipment emails are sent within minutes of placing your order. If you placed an order with us and have not received any emails, please consider : 

* The order did not go through and was not placed, please check your bank/PayPal to see whether it went through and/or if any payment was deducted from your account. 

If it did go through, it is possible the email went to your spam folder; please check your spam folder and possibly the trash folder to see if it went there by mistake. 

If it is not in the spam or trash folder, this means, whilst entering your order information, the email you entered was incorrect or had a typing error and therefore did not send to the proper email address. Please send us an email to info@ozkinis.com.au so we can forward the information to your proper email address. Please note, that if the order details do not match up, we may ask for your ID to ensure this goes to the correct email address.

Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?

Once an order has been placed, it usually goes into our dispatch cycle. Usually, we are not able to change your order after it is placed, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our shipping policy section for more information.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes an order placed needs to be cancelled before it’s sent out. Unfortunately we need to charge a 25% cancellation fee to cover our costs when this happens. You may not be aware that we get charged various fees even if the order is cancelled so we need to charge this fee so we’re not out of pocket for your change of mind.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us on info@ozkinis.com.au and we will see what we can do for you.

Unfortunately if we have already begun packing/shipping your order you cannot cancel or make amendments to your order.

I forgot to use my discount code, can it still be applied to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot manually apply them after an order has been processed, but the great news is that you can use your code on your next purchase.

My tracking states it was delivered but I did not get it?

We understand how important your order is to you and want to make sure you receive it in good time which is why every single order is sent with tracking. Please wait a day as sometimes the scan can show up a few days after and sometimes a few hours prior to the actual delivery, this is something we notice has occurred with many of our previous courier companies. In the meantime, make sure to ask neighbours, roommates or family if they perhaps intercepted your package. 

Please also check your local post office or mail carrier asap. It is possible there was an attempt to deliver, if they were not successful for any reason, they can sometimes hold the parcel at the post office to be picked up. 

If you are unable to locate your delivered package, you can contact the chosen courier that your parcel was sent with and file a lost parcel claim. 

Please note :

Ozkinis is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels after it leaves our HQ and we highly recommend selecting signature with your delivery when selecting shipment. The customer assumes responsibility and no resends or refunds can be issued if our courier marks your parcel as delivered. 

If a parcel is sent back to Ozkinis HQ for whatever reason, such as an invalid address or failure to pay customs duty, the Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges to resend the parcel. Any customer refusing to pay postage due to an invalid address or customs will forfeit their order.

Are there customs/VAT / Duty fees on international orders?

Certain countries may be charged with customs taxes/duties, Ozkinis has no control over this and is not responsible for any taxes that occur, as duty, VAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. Select countries will keep the parcel at your local post office for pick up (even when marked delivered) due to any fees that need to be paid. The amount can vary from country to country, if at all applied, we recommend checking with your postal service to see if this applies to your country.


If a parcel is sent back to Ozkinis HQ for whatever reason, such as an invalid address or failure to pay the duty, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping to resend the parcel. Any customer refusing to pay postage due to an invalid address or customs will forfeit their order.

I received a defective or incorrect item?

Yikes, we are so sorry about that! We pride ourselves on ensuring everything about your suit is perfection. Our bikinis are handmade, one by one, with lots of care and attention. Ozkins has a triple-check high standard on quality control. 

Check 1 - After the suit is made

Check 2 - When the suit is being tagged and being packed to ship to our warehouse. 

Check 3 - A final check is done when we pack your chosen suit into separate compostable bags and is being prepared for dispatch out to you. 

In the event we have missed any details, please shoot us an email within 24 hours of receiving your suit at info@ozkinis.com.au and we will remedy this immediately. Our customers deserve the best and we want you to always enjoy our work. 

If we have accidentally packed the incorrect item and you did not get what you ordered, please email us as soon as you open your package and we will of course organise the correct one to come out to you as quickly as possible. 

Ozkinis is not responsible for regular wear and tear, Please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel if there are any issues with it.

What items are considered a final sale?

ALL sales, promo or discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any order purchased with a coupon code is also considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


I ordered during a sale period, when will my order be shipped?

During sale periods sour small team is under the pump trying to get orders out. Please allow 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. You will receive an email notification (check your junk folder!) when your items are on their way to you.


Is it safe to order from ozkinis.com.au?

Absolutely! It’s incredibly safe and secure. Our website uses SSL (secure socket layering) which is an encryption technology that ensures your personal information is sent through the web securely. 

We also do not store any personal information, such as credit card information, it is all encrypted and hidden, even from our own team, nor do we share our information with any third party. Ozkinis wants to make sure you are safe and secure every time you shop with us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Ozkinis uses a safe and secure network that accepts most major credit cards. We are also working on setting up PayPal and other buy now, pay later platforms. We will update this once we have these ready.

Is it possible I was charged more than my total at checkout?

Ozkinis does not store any customer-sensitive information and therefore we cannot possibly charge more, however, if you see the amount is different on your bank statement or PayPal than what is on your Ozkinis receipt total, please remember our store currency uses USD which is then converted by your country to your local currency once charged. The conversion rate is dependent on your country and the card used. 


Where is Ozkinis Bikini designed?

We design all our prints/tones and textures in-house. We have over 10 years of experience working with fabrics in the fashion industry and we take great pride and interest in designing our own bikinis in-house. We make our digital prints ourselves, test prints, colour fading, fabric durability and longevity ourselves. We also custom create our own embellished jewels that go on our bikinis.

Where is Ozkinis bikini made?

We are proud to say our swimwear line is made by incredibly talented seamstresses in two countries; Bali and China. We’ve partnered up with amazing manufacturers who are genuinely concerned about ethics and sustainability, environmental issues and workers' welfare. Our partner employs single mothers and disadvantaged families who have lost their main income due to injury or poor health. As a brand, we feel it was our responsibility to support other businesses that are trying to do the right thing. Ozkinis Company has no racial bias when it comes to who we work with. Our approach was born out of the appreciation of high-quality goods.

Where is Ozkinis based?

Ozkinis HQ and warehouse is now based in Queensland. We recently moved from Sydney and have set up shop in a quiet little town in Redland Bay, 40mins from Brisbane City, Australia. 

Are you an Ethical brand?

In August 2018 we visited our manufacturer and conducted a supplier audit. This audited the following: no employment discrimination, no child labour, safe workplace, guaranteed minimum wage and overtime pay, freedom of movement and no excessive overtime. Worker benefits include social security fund, pension fund, paid maternity leave, paid holiday leave, sick pay, medical insurance, subsidised lunches, overtime pay, workplace unions and free transport to their workplace.

As well as:

Seamstresses are encouraged to hand-make each swimsuit slowly and carefully. They are not paid for the amount they produce, meaning they are not pressured to reach a certain quantity by a certain time.

Employees work in a well-ventilated, well lit and spacious working space.

* Regular staff parties and get-togethers, excellence awards and surprises for workers with birthday gifts!

Our garments are made at SA8000®-certified organisations. The SA8000 Standard encourages clothing manufacturers to develop, maintain, and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace. SA8000 organisations are audited by certification bodies accredited by Social Accountability Accreditation Services (SAAS).

Are your fabrics recycled?

We love working with amazing foreign and exotic textures from overseas and those made by us. 

Our bikinis have an outer layer and an inner layer : 

Outer layer :

You will see with our bikinis tend to be very fashionable, trendy and very attractive, thus, at times, the top layer of our bikini fabric is at times a blend of polyester, spandex, knit and cotton material. You can always check your garment tag to see the composition of your bikini. 

Inner layer : 

Our inner layer usually uses the highest quality of recycled synthetic fabric known as Vita by Carvico. Our soft and durable recycled nylon is constructed in various countries and made from industrial and post-consumer waste such as fishnets, carpets, plastic bottles and textiles that would otherwise pollute our beautiful land and oceans. It is certified Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex; the world’s leader in testing fabrics to regulate harmful substances.

Our fabric supplier uses the world’s most efficient industrial system for the production of Nylon from 100% regenerated waste materials.

What about single tone/ dual-tone / tri-tones or printed pattern bikinis :

All our single / dual / tri colour and printed bikinis use Vita by Carvico 

Vita by Carvico is a sustainable techno-fabric, made of an ECONYL® regenerated Nylon that turns waste problems into fashion and interior solutions. Vita is versatile, hyper-resistant, thin, elegant, stretch, soft and breathable: a unique mix of muscular compression and comfort. Thanks to its innovative construction, it is twice as resistant to chlorine and suntan creams and oils as competitors’ fabrics.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Our Swimmers are Tiny. So is our Carbon Footprint!

Our inner and outer packaging are both biodegradable and compostable.

The raw material can be put into your home compost and will break down with time.

Are your bikinis double lined?

All of our bikinis are double-lined for that extra luxe feel with soft buttery fabric. We may have sheer bikinis later down the track which would not be lined.

Do the bikini tops have padding?

As you know, we like to keep it naughty so our bikini s do not come with paddings but are double lined.

Our sheer range is not double lined as it is see through.

Are you sold anywhere else?

We are exclusively sold on ozkinis.com.au

We do not have a storefront elsewhere at this time, nor do we have any wholesale distributors. Please be careful of scam websites selling fake and knock of Ozkinis Bikinis as they are poor quality and not affiliated with us in any way. Always buy directly from ozkinis.com.au

How do I take care of my bikini?

Tips and tricks on how to take care of your bikini from Ozkinis and keep it in shape for years to come : 

* After a swim, have a quick rinse with fresh water. 

* When washing, hand wash separately in cold water and mild soap. 

* Do not use hot water. Please wash in cold water only. 

* Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. You can also drip dry on the clothesline in a shaded area or indoors.

* Do not use bleach.

* Do not tumble dry, dry clean or iron

* Do not leave dirty or with chlorine/ salt water and rolled up wet.

* Always rinse clean and dry before storing it away.

* Take care while using tanning or sunscreen products as these can stain or damage the fabric.

* Avoid rough/sharp surfaces where pulling on the fabric may occur as this may damage it. 

* Please refer to individual care labels on each product as we sometimes use trending fabrics that may need extra care.

My item looks different than expected?

Our pieces are artisanal hand crafted one by one, cut and sewn, not mass produced, there may be about 1-2 cm allowance for differences in pieces. 

Print and pattern positioning of each piece will vary. Each being unique and no piece will ever look the same. 

We do our absolute best to make sure all colours on our online store are accurately displayed as we want to make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing so you are never disappointed. Please note, that differences in screen resolution may result in colours appearing lighter, darker, duller, brighter etc, depending on your monitor settings. 

Seamless bikinis have a tendency to fold over slightly, exposing the edges of the reversible side, this is normal.

I need help figuring out my size?

We know it can be a bit tricky to find the perfect size online. If you feel as though you still need help, reach out to our team at info@ozkinis.com.au and we will do our best to suggest the best size and style for your body.

The item I want is out of stock, will you restock it?

We try to restock regularly, however not all styles may be restocked since they must be limited runs. We have selected pieces that run on limited runs due to fabric availability and we also have other styles that run year-round. If you are interested in a specific item, you can visit that product page and select the size you need, click on NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK, where you can enter your email and get a one-time notification when the item is restocked. 

We highly recommend that if you like a bikini, please grab it while you can as many pieces are limited edition in limited sizes and may sell out quickly. 

Please note, that items sold on SALE are last call and will not be restocked again, so grab them while you can.
